We are so grateful to have you as a resident this year and hope you’ll be renewing your lease at our lowest rates of the season! Maintenance Tips

You can put in work orders online 24/7 at www.liveathannah.com. Please remember to call the office for a maintenance emergency.

As the weather gets colder, please remember to keep your heat on at a temperature of at least 65 degrees. This will prevent your pipes from freezing and causing damage to your apartment or other neighboring apartments.

Please remember to keep our community clean and properly dispose of your trash in the designated trash receptacles. Also, don’t forget to visit our pet stations to properly dispose of pet waste.

 

 

Reminders & Updates

Time is running out! If you haven’t renewed your lease with us yet, stop by the leasing office to secure your bed space for fall 2016. We are filling up quickly, and some floor plans have already sold out. If you have submitted your Intent to Renew, make sure to accept your renewal offer and sign your documents prior to October 31 at 4:00 p.m. to lock in the offered rate!

Please take note that the Hannah Lofts shuttle will temporarily discontinue service during Thanksgiving break. The shuttle will not run Thursday, November 26 through Sunday, November 29. Normal service will resume on Monday, November 30.

Our office will be closed for the Thanksgiving holiday on Thursday, November 26 and Friday, November 27. Normal office hours will resume on Saturday, November 28. If you have an emergency maintenance request or have been locked out of your apartment during this time, please call the after-hours number at (517) 333-7730.

Here are some tips to look your best when that potential employer hits the search button:

  • Research yourself. Log out of your social media accounts and do some searches for yourself on search engines and social media sites.
  • Create an attractive and comprehensive LinkedIn profile. LinkedIn has features that allow you to showcase your education, classwork, and projects. According to Forbes, over 97% of employers in a recent survey used LinkedIn for recruiting.
  • Get a professional-looking headshot for LinkedIn and other public-facing online profiles.
  • Utilize your campus career center!

  • Thanksgiving Dinner — November 23 @ 5:00 p.m.
    The first 50 people to sign up in the leasing office will receive a Thanksgiving dinner on us! Turkey, mashed potatoes, and all the fixings will be provided.
