All of us here at Hannah Lofts and Townhomes hope you’re staying warm in this frigid Michigan winter, and that you get to escape to warmer weather during spring break! Join us in the clubhouse all month long for some exciting resident events to help you forget about the freezing temperatures and enjoy the company of your neighbors. Do you have an idea for an event you would like for us to host? Submit your suggestion, and you could see it on next month’s calendar!

After-hours emergency? Simply call 517-333-7730 to report a lockout or maintenance emergency (includes having a water leak or no heat, hot water or power).

Reminders and Updates

As you may have seen, construction for a convenience store has begun in the retail space along Esoteric. Please be courteous of commercial vehicles and crews working in the area.
Parking reminder: The area in front of the trash compactors in the driveway off Esoteric is a tow-away zone with no parking at any time.
We’ve received a large number of complaints regarding noise levels around the hot tub. We want your feedback and input on how we can make sure we satisfy all of our residents. Join us for a focus group on Wednesday, March 4, from 5:30–6:30 p.m. to share your thoughts and opinions. We’re looking for a good representation of residents throughout the community, so sign up by calling the leasing office!

Community Events – always include date, time, location, and any giveaways, etc. Please also provide any information that is not obvious from the name. For example: Game Night – what type of games?

Alternative Spring Break MSU Hockey Raffle — March 2–12
Stuck in Michigan during spring break? Stop by the leasing office between March 2–12 to enter for a chance to win dinner and two tickets to the MSU hockey game against University of Michigan on Friday, March 13.
March Birthday Celebration — March 3 @ noon
Join us as we celebrate all of our residents who have birthdays in March! We’ll be serving up cupcakes from noon to 4:00 p.m. in the clubhouse — stop by if you’re celebrating and grab a delicious treat!
Spring Break Survival Kits — March 5 @ 2:00 p.m.
Don’t get burned this spring break — we’ve got you covered! Stop by and pick up your spring break survival kit between 2:00–6:00 p.m.
Bracketology — March 17 @ 5:00 p.m.
Participate in the mayhem of March Madness by submitting your own bracket predictions online at ESPN.com by March 17 at 5:00 p.m. Test your prediction skills as you play against other Hannah residents for the chance to win one of three gift cards!
Shamrock Shakes — March 18 @ 2:00 p.m.
St. Patrick’s Day may have been yesterday, but that doesn’t mean the fun has to stop! Join us in the clubhouse for a post-St. Patrick’s Day shamrock shake any time between 2:00–6:00 p.m.
Free Food Frenzy! — March 24 @ 6:00 p.m.
Come by the clubhouse for tons of free food and fun. We’ll have plenty of options available, and dinner is on us — don’t miss out!
#HannahSelfie Social Media Contest — March 26 @ noon
Enter your selfie for a chance to win a free massage! Post any Hannah-inspired selfie to Instagram by noon on March 26, and you’ll be entered to win!
Guess How Many Bones — March 30 @ 7:00 p.m.
Enter your guess at how many dog bones are in the jar by 7:00 p.m., and you could win! The resident who guesses closest will receive a gift card for their pet!
