Happy Halloween from Hannah!

We are excited to announce that our renewal period is here! You’ll be given more information and instructions on what you can do to secure your spot for next year soon. We also have some fun events planned to show our appreciation for our residents. It’s our goal to make your experience here at Hannah Lofts one you’ll remember. Contact the leasing office to find out more and, as always, please let us know if we can do anything to make your stay at Hannah Lofts more enjoyable. Go green!

Maintenance Tips

You can put in work orders online 24/7 at www.liveathannah.com. Please remember to call the office for a maintenance emergency.

Please remember to keep our community clean and properly dispose of your trash in the designated trash receptacles. You will be fined if you fail to do so. If you leave trash on your door step or outside the trash compactor rooms, you will be fined! Also, don’t forget to visit our pet stations to properly dispose of pet waste. We have installed turf in the courtyard by the hot tub, so be sure to not take your pet out for the bathroom there.

If you have an emergency maintenance request or have been locked out of your apartment after business hours, please call the after-hours number at (517) 333-7730.

Reminders & Updates

Just a reminder that the leasing office is open 9:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 10:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. on Friday, and noon–4:00 p.m. on the weekends. Happy Fall!

We hope your academic year is off to a great start! Did you know research shows that those who are involved outside of the classroom are more successful in their academic pursuits?

If you haven’t already done so, we encourage you to find opportunities to get involved on campus and in the local community. Your campus’ student activities office is a great place to start to find out about clubs, organizations, and campus events. You can also connect with our team. Whether it’s the chess club or intramural football, or volunteering at a local shelter, we would love to help you find ways to get involved and connected both at your Campus Advantage community and on campus.

Campus Advantage is also a national partner with Relay For Life, the largest worldwide fundraising initiative to support cancer research, survivors, and their families. If you would be interested in participating in your community’s Relay For Life team, please let us know. So far, with the help of our residents, we’ve raised $200,000 for Relay For Life!

Whatever you choose, we encourage and challenge you to get involved, stay active, and give back! Please let us know what we can do to support your experience.
